I know what it feels like to do everything right — and still feel like your body is working against you.
For years, I was the woman who knew what to eat, understood the importance of sleep, and still found herself exhausted, stressed, and frustrated that the weight wasn't moving. I was a full-time teacher, managing a career, a household, and everything in between — running on caffeine and willpower, wondering why nothing was sticking.
Then midlife hit. And everything got harder.
The exhaustion deepened. The weight shifted. The stress became a permanent background noise. And I realized that what worked in my 30s simply wasn't going to cut it anymore. My body needed a different approach — not more restriction, not more discipline, but a smarter, more sustainable way of living.
That journey changed everything for me. And it's why I do this work.
I'm Tricia Smith, a certified Level 1 Nutrition Coach and Sleep, Stress & Recovery Coach through Precision Nutrition. I'm also a high school Health teacher — which means breaking down complex information into simple, practical steps is literally what I do every day.
But more than my credentials, I bring something most coaches can't offer: I've lived it. The hormonal shifts, the sleepless nights, the stress eating, the starting over. I've been in that place where you feel like a stranger in your own body — and I've found my way out.
Now I help women in their 40s and 50s do the same.
My approach isn't about perfection or restriction. It's about building simple habits that work when life is messy, stressful, and full — because that's real life. Together we'll cut through the overwhelm, address the root causes, and build a path that finally feels sustainable.
